My name is James Whetstone
Hey, I’m James — founder of The Brand Lamp, digital marketer, dad of four, and lifelong believer in big dreams.
Growing up, some of my best memories were made on the field with my dad. Sports taught me discipline, confidence, and how to keep pushing — even when things got tough. Now I get to pass that same love for the game on to my own kids, and that full-circle moment is a huge part of why I do what I do.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Digital Marketing from Full Sail University in Winter Park, FL, and my path to this point has been anything but boring. I’ve worked in sales, factories, non-profits, and even on stage — each role teaching me how to connect with people, solve problems, and tell powerful stories.
That’s what drives me today: helping young athletes and entrepreneurs turn their goals into brands that shine. Whether it’s through killer content, smart strategy, or just being in your corner when it counts — I’m here for it.
